The 184th RAC had a grand reunion at Fort Rucker in 2008. After much effort in finding unit members after 40 years and much planning, we managed to gather many former members of the unit at our home base. The IBDA was kind enough to provide a number of Birddogs and even took a number of us on rides in the familiar bird. It was great to be able to see old comrades in arms after so long. These friendships will never end. The bonds of being in combat together and to be pilots in the 184th will forever be etched in our hearts and minds.
